This roster will be available to all members in electronic form or on paper for those who request it. It will not be made available to anyone outside DCJS. Photos, videos, and other recordings: The Dorothy Cotton Jubilee Singers is a performance choral ensemble that regularly performs at public venues and may be photographed, recorded, and videotaped both with and without the advance knowledge of the Director and the members of the choir. These photographs, recordings and/or videos may appear in various forms of print, sound, digital and internet media. As a member of this choir, I agree to the use of my likeness and voice in image and sound without restriction. I understand that whenever a photo-shoot is planned in advance and is under the control of the DCJS, I have the option to step out of the photograph if I so desire.
